Born in Edmonton, Tamara Eder now lives primarily in Patagonia, where she searches out, cuts and photographs geodes. Her vast portfolio of work includes wildlife and travel photography that has been published in numerous field guides and other media. She has written 36 nature guides and various digital educational materials.
TerraForms combines Tamara’s love of photography with her passion for geological forms and education in conservation biology. Each piece is a macro photograph of a cut geode, showing layers of rock, crystal and mineral inclusions. These layers, 60 to 180 million years old, form intricate landscapes.
Tamara’s beautiful giclee prints are limited editions of 5.
